RESOLUTION NO. 77-113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO.
77-113.
The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Tustin finds
and determines as follov~s:
a. That a proper application, pursuant to
Ordinance No. 65]., was filed by James. Kaul
of Kaul Construction for the purpose of
crea~ing six (6) separate parcels from one '
(1) existing parcel as bein~ the west 22~,36
feet of the rectangular south half of Lot 10
of Vanderlip and P, ov.~an Tract, as shown on a
map recorded in Book 5, Page 160 of .~iscell-
aneous Records of Los Angeles County, Califor.!.'
b. That the Planning Agency of the City of Tusti~.
reviewed the proposed tentative tract map and
No. 1692 did fcc-
by adoption of Resolution ; ,
ommend to %he City Council the approval of
the tentative tract map subject to conditions,~
c. That the City Council affirms the findings of
the Planning Agency as contained in Resolutions'.:.
No. 1692.
2. The City Council hereby approves tentative tract
No. 10091 subject to the following conditions-
a. That all parcels shall be annexed to the
Tustin Lighting District. Proof of submission.

b. That a homeowners association be formed to
provide for maintenance of the common areas.
c. That all missing street improvements on the
Holt Avenue frontage per %he City of Tustin
