CONCEPT PLAN FOR POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 1,267-324 SQUARE FEET OF NON-RESIDENTIAL USES THAT ENCOMPASSES PHASES 1 AND 2 OF NEIGHBORHOOD E. PHASE 1 INCLUDES A TOTAL OF 318,600 SQUARE FEET OF GENERAL OFFICE USES AND 287,000 SQUARE FEET OF R&D FLEX/LIGHT INDUSTRIAL USES. PHASE 2 INCLUDES 319,675 SQUARE FEET OF GENERAL OFFICE USES; 93,920 SQUARE FEET OF R&D FLEX LIGHT INDUSTRIAL USE; 229,997 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE PARK USE; AND, 18,132 SQUARE FEET OF NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (MIXED USE). Presentation: Justina Willkom, Senior Planner Zoning Administrator Agenda November 5, 2007 Page 2 The Public Meeting opened at 10:03 a.m. Elizabeth Cobb and Margit Allen were in attendance on behalf of the applicant. The Zoning Administrator asked if the applicant had reviewed the report and conditions of approval Elizabeth Cobb responded in the affirmative, adding that the applicant agreed to all the conditions. The Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action No. 07-008 approving Concept Plan 06-001. The Public Meeting closed and the meeting adjourned at 10:04 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
