HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 77-063 RESOLUTION NO. 77-63 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 77-95 FOR PROPERTY BOUNDED BY FIRST STREET, NEWPORT AVENUE AND CENTENNIAL WAY. · The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows- . ' 1. The City Council finds and determines-as follows- · A'. That Tentative Parcel Map No. 77-95 was submitted pursuant to Subdivision Ordinance No. 651 by Norman Pulliam for Larwin Square for the purpose of creating seven (7) parcels from two parcels as indicated in Book 062, page 25, Block 8, Parcels 19 and 20, Records of Orange County with the properties bordered by First Stree% on the north, Newport Avenue on the east, and Centennial Way on the west. · B. The Planning Commission reviewed the proposed tentative parcel map and by Resolution No. 1637 recommends to the City Council the approval of the parcel map subject to conditions. · C. That the proposed tentative parcel map division is categorically exempt from the requirements of an Environmental Impact Report. 2. The City Council hereby approves Tentative Parcel Map 77-95 subject to the following terms and con- ditions- A. Reciprocal access easements for traffic cir- culation and utilities between each of the parcels as required. ~ad. opt.ed ~ith B.
