CALL TO ORDER - 11:00 p.m.
ATTENDANCE
Present: Chair Lou Bone; Chair Pro Tem Jerry Amante; Agency Members
Doug Davert; Tony Kawashima; and Jim Palmer
Absent: None

Others Present: William Huston, Executive Director and Douglas C. Holland, City

PUBLIC INPUT -None
REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS - It was moved by Agency Member Davert, seconded by
Chair Pro Tem Amante, to approve items 1 through 3 as recommended by staff. Motion
carried 5-0.
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES -REGULAR MEETING OF OCTOBER 16, 2007
Motion: Approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of October 16, 2007
2. ADOPTION OF LOCAL WORKFORCE HOUSING PREFERENCE POLICY
FOR PARTICIPATION IN CITY'S AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAMS
Motion: That the Tustin City Council and Tustin Community Redevelopment
Agency Board adopt the attached Local Workforce Housing Preference Policy
for those interested in seeking affordable housing opportunities in Tustin by
granting current Tustin residents or individuals employed within the City of
Tustin preference over an applicant who does not currently reside or is not
employed in the City of Tustin.
3. CANCELLATION OF DECEMBER 18, 2007 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MEETING
Motion: Direct the City Clerk to post a Notice of Cancellation for the regularly
scheduled Council and Redevelopment meetings of December 18, 2007 and
that the City Council hereby waives notice of said meeting as required by
Government Code Section 54954.
