HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 95-34 1 RESOLUTION NO. 95-34 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF PART-TIME 3 EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN. 4 5 WHEREAS, the City desires to provide salary increases to certain part- time employees as listed below; 6 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, 7 does hereby resolve as follows: 8 Section 1. Compensation ProvisionS, Salary ranges of part-time positions 9 listed below shall be changed as follows; part-time employees are compensated hourly and do not receive any employee benefits except for those mandatory by federal law. 10 A. Full:Time F~_uivalents, Those part-time, hourly, positions for which there are equivalent, full-time positions (such as Clerk Typist, Police Reserve, 3 Department Clerk, and Custodian) shall' have an hourly salary rate equivalent to the full- time position. However, these part-time employees are compensated hourly and do not 4 receive any employee benefits except for those mandated by federal law. 5 Section 3. Effective date.
