RESOLUTION NO. 77- 50
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF T.USTIN APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL
·
MAP NO. 77-94. FOR PROPERTY BOUNDED BY FASHION
LANE AND FIRST STREET.
The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. .The City Council finds and determines as follows-
A. That a tentative parcel map application was submitted
pursuant to Ordinance No. 651 by State Mdtual Savings
and Loan Association for the purpose of creating two
parcels from Lot 11, Tract No. 6617 with Parcel 1
having frontage on Fashion Lane, and Parcel. 2 having
frontage on First Street, 'with Parcel 1 proposed for
professional office development.
B. The Planning Commission reviewed' the proposed tentative
parcel map and by Resolution No. 1621 recommends to the
City Council the approval of the parcel map subject to
conditions.
C. That the proposed tentative parcel map division is
categorically exempt from the requirement of an En-
'vironmental Impact Report.
2. The City Council hereby approves Tentative Parcel Map 77-94
subject to the following terms and conditions-
A. Provision for adequate sanitary sewer and domestic water
facilities to Parcel No. 1.
B. Recordation of permanent access easements 'for each parcel
along the westerly drive of both parcels.

C. Development of Plans to require the undergrounding of ali
utilities, installation of public improvements in
accordance with City standards.

D. Proposed Parcel 1 shall be authorized, for professional
office development subject to review and approval of
precise development plans, o
'E. Final approval, of Parcel Map by the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 2nd day of May 1977.
