CITY OF TUSTIN RESPONSE TO COUNTY OF ORANGE DRAFT SUPPLEMENTAL ANALYSIS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 573 PERTAINING TO THE CIVILIAN REUSE CONVERSION OF MCAS EL TORO AND THE AIRPORT SYSTEM MASTER PLAN FOR JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT AND PROPOSED ORANGE COUNTY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Recommendation: Authorize staff to forward the draft response to the County of Orange's Notice of Availability. of the Draft Supplemental Analysis for Environmental Impact Report No. 573 pertaining to the civilian reuse of Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) El Toro and the Airport System Master Plan for John Wayne Airport and proposed Orange County International Airport as recommended by the Redevelopment Agency staff. TREE TRIMMING CONTRACT Recommendation: Approve a five-year extension, of the tree trimming contract with West Coast Ar. borists, Inc. of Anaheim, California from July 1, 2001, through June 30, 2006, and authorize the Mayor to execute the contract amendment subject to the City Attor. ney's approval as recommended by the Public Works Department/Field Services Division. . SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR THE CANOPY AT THE FIELD SERVICES STREET SWEEPER UNLOADING AREA (CIP NO. 1036) Recommendation:. Approve a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $47,405 for FY 2000/01 from the unappropriated balance of the Capital Improvement Fund to the Canopy for Street Sweeper Unloading Area Project (CIP No. 1036) as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. . AUTHORIZE STAFF TO SO'LICI'T BIDS.
