APPROVAL OF MINUTES -MAY 7, 2001 REGULAR
MEETING
It was moved by Thomas and seconded by Kawashima .to
approve the Minutes of May 7, 2001 Regular Meeting.
Motion carried 5-0.

CONDITIONAL COMMITMENT LETTER FOR FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE FOR THE HERITAGE PLACE TUSTIN
SENIOR HOUSING PROJECT
It was moved by Thomas and seconded by Kawashima to
authorize the Executive Director to issue a conditional
commitment letter for the proposed Heritage Place
Tustin Senior apartment project for the purpose of
enabling American Senior Living., Inc. to submit an
application for housing tax credit bond financing.
Motion carried 5-0.

authorize Agency staff to neg.~.,,~te appropriate loan
terms and prepare agreements to be submitted to
the Agency for approval.

MCAS TUSTIN REUSE PLAN
Chair Worley stated she and the City. Manager would be going to Sacramento tomorrow where
she would be testifying in front of a local government committee on the base issue and said that
negotiations with Santa Ana Unified School District were continuing.
CLOSED SESSION - None
ADJOURNMENT- Chair Worley adjourned the meeting at 8:29 p.m. The next regular
meeting .of the Redevelopment Agency is scheduled for Monday, June 4, 2001, at 7:00 p.m. in
the Council. Chamber at 300' Centennial Way.
