A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, INFORMING THE ARTERIAL HIGHWAY FINANCING
PROGRAM ADVISORY COMMITTEE OF THE STATUS OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN MASTER PLAN OF ARTERIAL HIGHWAYS

WHEREAS, The City of Tustin, has a Master Plan of Arterial
6 Highways, and
? WHEREAS, the Arterial Highway Financing Program requires annual
requalification of participating cities in said program;

THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
9 Tustin, that'
The Arterial Highway Financing Program Advisory Committee be, and
here is, informed that the City of Tustin's Master Plan o.f Arterial Highways
is in conformance with the County of Orange Master Plan of Arterial Hi. ghways,
and;
The City of Tustin has adopted Zoning Ordinance No. 157, as
amended, requiring setback to protect ultimate arterial highway right-of-way,
and i n addition, the City of Tusti n has adopted Subdivi sion Ordinance No.
847, as amended, which provides for limitation of access to the arterial
h i ghway sy stem.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tustin, held on the 18th day of July , 1983.
