HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 83-06210 11 12 13 15 16 17 18 19 ~0 26 RESOLUTION NO. 83-62 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODES OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 81-61, the City Council, as Code Reviewing Body, approved the Conflict of Interest Codes of the Departments of the City of Tustin; and WHEREAS, the Departments of the City of Tustin have amended Appendix A of their Codes to add certain Designated Positions. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin hereby resolves as follows- 1. The City Council finds and determines that the amendments to the Conflict of Interest Codes of the Departments of the City of Tustin have been adopted by those Departments and that the amendments are in compliance .with the requirements of law and should be approved. 2. The City Council hereby approves the amendments, a copy of which is attached heret©. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of'the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 6th day of September , 1983. MAYOR ATTEST: LSL-lw:D: 8/18/83 AMENDMENT NO. 2 -. TO THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODES OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN 1. PURPOSE. This Amendment No. 2 to the Conflict of Interest Codes of the Departments of the City of Tustin is hereby adopted in order to add certain Designated Positions to Appendix A of said Codes. 2. AMENDMENT. Appendix A of the Conflict of Interest Codes is hereby amended by adding the following positions as Designated Positions: Recreation Superintendent; Director of the Community and Administrative Services; and Members of the Board of Directors of. the Tustin Water Corporation. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Amendment No. 2 shall take effect upon its approval by the appropriate Code Reviewing Body. STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF ORANGE CITY OF TUSTIN MARY E.
