RESOLUTION NO. 83-70
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 83-2
WHEREAS, Section 66412 {d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes
provisions for the local agency to approve lot line adjustments where the
land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a greater
number of parcels than originally existed i$ not thereby created; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin has reviewed Lot
Line Adjustment No. 83-2 and has made a finding that the real property
described in Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B complies with the provisions of
the California Subdivision Map Act and applicable City of Tustin ordinances
and regulations including the requirements for building sites; and
WHEREAS, the C'ity Council of the City of Tustin has made the
fol 1 owing fi ndings:
1. That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line
adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 of the Subdivision Act;
2. That the requirements of' the California Environmental Quality Act
have been met;

3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and
4. That the res.ultant parcels will meet the requirements of the Zoning
Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment
No. 83-2 as shown on Exhibits A and B is hereby approved and that the
parcel's be' ~onsidered building sites upon recordation of this document.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tustin, California, held on the 19th day of September, 1983.

and 4 of Parcel Maps, records of said Orange County-
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Parcel 2, said corner also being
the easterly' corner of said Lot A, thence, N.49°58'44"W. a distance of 100.00
feet; thence, N.O4°58'44"W. a distance of 43.49 feet; thence, S.49°58'44"E. a
distance of 130.75 feet; thence, S.40°01'16"W. a distance of 30.75 feet to the
