PUBLIC CONCERNS: (Limited to 3 minutes per person for items not on the agenda.)
At this time members of the public may address the
Commission regarding any items not on the agenda and within
the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission (NO action
can be taken on off-agenda items unless authorized by law).

CONSENT CALENDAR: All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered
routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no
separate discussion of these items prior to the time of the
voting on the motion unless members of the Commission,
staff, or public request specific items to be discussed and/or
removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action.

MEETING.

2. APPROVAL OF CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS REPORT REGARDING
OLD TOWN PROJECTS APPROVED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT FROM DECEMBER 11, 2007, TO, FEBRUARY 12, 2008.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
3. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 07-021 AND DESIGN REVIEW 07-021, A
REQUEST TO ESTABLISH A MAJOR WIRELESS TELECOMUNICATIONS
FACILITY CONSISTING OF A STEALTH MONO-PINE, SIX PANEL ANTENNAS,
AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT LOCATED WITHIN A BLOCK WALL
ENCLOSURE TOWARDS THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY IN AN LANDSCAPED
AREA. THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED AT 2441 MICHELLE DRIVE IN THE
IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX PLANNED COMMUNITY PLANNED
COMMUNITY INDUSTRIAL (PC-IND) ZONING DISTRICT.

That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 4082 approving Conditional
