HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 84-077- 6 10 11 15 15 16 17 18 lg ~0 21 ~5 ~6 ~7 ~8 RESOLUTION NO. 84-77 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODES OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN. WHEREAS, by Resolution Nos. 81-61 and 83-62, the City Council, as Code Reviewing Body, approved the Conflict of Interest Codes of the Departments of the City of Tustin; and WHEREAS, the Departments of the City of Tustin have amended Appendix A of their Codes to change certain Designated Positions. " NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council hereby resolves as follows: of the City of Tustin 1. The City Council finds and determines that the amendments to the Conflict of Interest Codes of the Departments of the City of Tustin have been adopted by those Departments and that the amendments are in compliance with'the requirements of law and should be approved. 2. The City Council hereby approves the amendments, copy of which is attached hereto. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a Council of the City of Tustin, 17th day of September, 1984. 'This Amendment No.-3 to the Conflict of Interest Codes of the Departments of the City of Tustin is hereby adopted in order to change certain ~esignated Positions in Appendix A of said Codes. 2. AMENDMENT. Appendix A of the Conflict of Interest _ Codes is hereby amended by deleting the following positions as Designated Positions: Members of the Board of the Tustin r.~'ate~~ ~ ' ct o~ Dire ors Corpora ~ion .. ~ EFFECTIVE DATE.
