KASDAN, ENGINEERING SERVICES MANAGER ~ - FROM: DOUG ANDERSON, TRANSPORTATION & DEVELOPMENT SERVICES MAN -PER SUBJECT: REVIEW OF ZONING ADMINISTRATOR ACTION: MINOR ADJUSTMENT OS-001 The Zoning Administrator Action is a request for approval of Minor Adjustment 08-001 to allow for a reduction in on-site parking spaces of 53-spaces, approximately 2.2% of the overall parking spaces required. The reduction of spaces is for Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Tract 17144, Phase 1 of Neighborhood E. Based upon review of this request, the Engineering Division is supportive of the recommended Zoning Administrator action. This is based upon the preliminary information that has been presented in the Draft TR/TDM submittal, and upon consideration that the public streets within Phase 1 of Neighborhood E could support some overflow parking if needed. Consistent with the Specific Plan, on-street parking is not counted toward development parking requirements for this project.
