HomeMy WebLinkAboutZA Action AgendaACTION AGENDA ZONING ADMINISTRATOR MEETING FEBRUARY 25, 2008 **** CALL TO ORDER: 10:40 a.m. Community Development Department Conference Room Staff Present: Dana Kasdan, Engineering Services Manager Ryan Swiontek, Associate Planner Eloise Harris, Recording Secretary ROLL CALL: Dana Ogdon, Acting Zoning Administrator PUBLIC CONCERNS: (Limited to 3 minutes per person for items not on the agenda) CONSENT CALENDAR: No Items on Consent Calendar PUBLIC MEETING: 1. MINOR ADJUSTMENT 08-001 a request to decrease the number of required off- street parking spaces for an office park development by fifty-three (53) parking spaces, equating to two and two-tenths percent (2.2%) of the required total. APPLICANT: ELIZABETH A. COBB TUSTIN LEGACY COMMUNITY PARTNERS, LLC PROPERTY OWNER: TUSTIN LEGACY COMMUNITY PARTNERS, LLC RECOMMENDATION That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action No. 08-003 approving Minor Adjustment 08-001. Presentation: Ryan Swiontek, Associate Planner The Public Hearing opened at 10:41 a.m. The Acting Zoning Administrator stated the names of staff present; and, asked Mr. Kasdan if he had any concerns. Mr. Kasdan stated that the Engineering Department supports staffs recommendation to approve Minor Adjustment 08-001. Zoning Administrator Agenda February 25, 2008 Page 2 The Acting Zoning Administrator reviewed the request, indicating that he had read the report and agreed with staffs indication that the percentage would be insignificant given the magnitude of the project. The Acting Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action No. 08-003 approving Minor Adjustment 08-001. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The Public Hearing closed and the meeting adjourned at 11:43 a.m. The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
