CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 08-003 a request to reduce the off-street required parking and joint-use parking at the Tustin Courtyard Retail Commercial Center. APPLICANT: PROPERTY OWNER: RECOMMENDATION JON ANDRESEN KKE/HFTA ARCHITECTS DONAHUE SCHRIBER REALTY GROUP ATTN: MICHAEL OSBORNE That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action No. 08-004 approving Conditional Use Permit 08-003. Presentation: Edmelynne V. Huffer, Associate Planner The Acting Zoning Administrator noted for the record that there were no items on the consent calendar. The Public Hearing opened at 10:34 a.m. The Acting Zoning Administrator asked the participants to introduce themselves. Jon Andresen, applicant; Michael Osborne, Donahue Schriber; Greg James, KKE Architects, were in attendance. The Acting Zoning Administrator briefly described the project and asked if anyone had any questions or concerns. Zoning Administrator Agenda March 3, 2008 Page 2 Mr. James suggested that on page 2 in the "Project Description," the report should read in the fourth line the "east" side of the site, not the "west." Ms. Hutter stated that would be correct. The Acting Zoning Administrator indicated that if the situation were to change over time, it may be necessary to come back to the Community Development Department to request any modifications to the conditions of approval. The Acting Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action No. 08-004 approving Conditional Use Permit 08-003. The Acting Zoning Administrator explained that this is an appealable item; if no appeal is received within seven days, the approval is final. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The Public Hearing closed and meeting adjourned at 10:37 a.m. The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
