A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, ORDERING VACATION OF PORTIONS OF
HOLT AVENUE AND FIRST STREET

does here~y resolve as follows: '

The City Council duly adopted i~s
Resolution No. 76-126, declaring its
intention to vacate and abandon portions
of Holt Avenue and First Street, shown
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by thi's ref'erence,
and Fixing a Time and Place of Public
Hearing Thereon. .

Said Resolution has been duly published
according to law, and
Said Notices of said hearing have been
pos ted as required by law, and
A public' hearing has been duly called.,
noticed and held according to law, and
all persons interested in or objecting
to the proposed vacation and abandonment
appearing at said hearing were heard.

purposes, except for public utilities.

That the Planning Commission by adoption
of Resolution No. 1566, dated November 8,
19 76 has determined that the subject
property should be declared excess to the
City's needs and disposed of for private

2. The City Council hereby orders the vacation and
abandonment of those portions of Holt Avenue and First Street
designated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, subject to the
reservation of easements per Section 8330 of the Street and
Highway Code.
