The City Council finds and determines as fo~!ows· a. That the Department of Transportation o= the ~- - of California has' offered to sell the known as Utt Park in the City of Tusti~ ident-"=.": as 07-ORA-5 and 55, Parcel 000220-0]_-0i to the City of Tustin for pub].ic purposes for the ap- praised value of $115',080.00; b.
