A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN PETITIONING FOR THE RETENTION OF STATE
OWNERSHIP OF PARCEL 000220-01-01 KNOWN AS UTT
PARK IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN
The Ci{y Council of the City of Tustin,..California
resolve as follows-

1. The City Council finds and determines as fo~!ows·
a. That the Department of Transportation o= the ~- -
of California has' offered to sell the
known as Utt Park in the City of Tusti~ ident-"=.":
as 07-ORA-5 and 55, Parcel 000220-0]_-0i to the
City of Tustin for pub].ic purposes for the ap-
praised value of $115',080.00;
b. That the State Department o:_ mransportat~on h~
determined that the property is in excess of
needs for roadway purposes in relationship to
Interstate Highway 5;
c. That the Santa Ana Freeway (I-5) and its inte~--
connection with the Newport Freeway (55} has
