CITY OF TUSSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTON
OF MISCELLANEOUS REPAIRS AND SLURRY SEALCOAT
ON FIRST STREET FROM PROSPECT AVENUE TO NEWPORT
AVENUE AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE

City of Tustin, California, to construct ~isce. llaneous reoairs

specifications for the construction of said work at this location,

The foregoing quantities are approximate only, being given
as a basis for tke comparison of bids, and the City of Tustin does
not, expressly or by implication, agree that the actual amount of
work ;~,~ill corraspon.d t:~erewith, but reserves the right to increase
or decrease the amount of any class or portion of the work, or to
omit portions of the work as may be deemed necessary or' advisable.

In conformance with Section. 37931 of the Goverm~...ent Code., all
bids shall be presented umder seal. ed cover on the proposal form.

The security shall be in an amount equal to at least ten percent
(10%) of the amount of the bid. A bid shall not be considered

A Surety Bond for payment of labor and materials will be

contract price and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount' of.
