HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 76-093 RESCLUTION NO. 76-93 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 76-82 ON THE APPLICATION OF THE IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX The City Council of the City'of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows- 1. The City Council finds and determines as follows- a. That the Irvine Industrial Ccmpa~ay has filed a. Tentative Parcel Map (PM 76-82) to crea'te four parcels' from existing Lots 5 and 6 of Tract No. 8763 for the purpose of. authorizing the construc- tion of a one .story distribution center for Western Electric Corporation on proposed Parcel 1. . b. The Planning Commission reviewed the proposed land. division on August 23, 1976 an~! recommended three in lieu of four parcels with Parcels 2 and 3 to be consolidated into one lot of 1.2 acres,, and did again review, at the' request of the Irvine Industrial Complex, the proposed Tentative Parcel Map on September ]_3, 1976 and did recommend, approva of the creation of four uarce!s as submitted. c. That the subject application is categorically exempt from an'Environmental Impact Report.' · 2. That the City Council hereby' approves Tentative Parcel Map No. 76-82 and upholds the findings of the Planning Commission as contained in Resolution No. 1539, as amended, subject to the follow'lng conditions- a. That Final Parcel Map 76-82 containing four parcels shall be subject %o specific approval of the Planning Commission for any development on Parcels- 2 and 3 as related to access, landscaping, and lot coverage. b'. That all previous conditions of Trac~: 8763 be applicable to the subject, Parcel biap. PASSED.
