A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING CERTAIN VEHICLES
FROM USING MOUNTAIN VIEW DRIVE, "A" STREET,
AND "B" STREET FROM FIRST STREET TO IRVINE
BOULEVARD.
The City. Council of the City of Tustin, California,
does resolve as follows:
1. Those portions of Mountain View. Drive, "A'~
Street, and "D" Street from the northerl} right-of-way
line of First Street to the sou'therly right-of-way line
of Irvine Boulevard are hereby designated as portions
of streets upon which vehicles exceeding a gross weight
of 6,000 pounds are prohibited pursuant to
the provisJ, ons
of Ordinance No. 616.

The City Engineer is authorized and directed
·
to install appropriate signs indicating and giving notice
·
of the prohibitions and restrictions upon such portions
of streets and this Resolution shall not be-effective
until such signs have been erected.
PASSED 'AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on
the 2nd day of August, 1976 .

Council of one City or Tustin is five; that the above and
foregoing Resolution No. 76-77 was duly and regularly
introduced, read, passed and adopted at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 2nd day of August,
