WHEREAS, it is the intehtion of the City Council of. the City.- of Tustin, Californxa to construct certain street widening improve- ments and appurten'ances'designated as Newport Avenue AHFP Project. - No. 809 and 855 Phase II Construction, ~"HEREAS, the City Engineer has presented plans and specifications for the construction of said work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications presented by the City E:;.gineer be ~nd are hereby approved, as the plans and specifications for the construc'tion of Newport Avenue AHFP Proj. ect No. 809 and 855 Phase II Construction. BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVF. Bidder's bond executed by an accredited surety insurer, made payable to the City of Tustin. · The security shall .be in an amount equal to at least, ten percent (10%) of the amount of the· bid.
