AGENDA REGULAR MEETING TUSTIN PLANNING COMMISSION APRIL 22, 2008 CALL TO ORDER: 7:00 p.m. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Commissioner Kozak ROLL CALL: Commissioners Kozak, Murray, Nielsen, Puckett, Thompson PUBLIC CONCERNS: (Limited to 3 minutes per person for items not on the agenda.) At this time members of the public may address the Commission regarding any items not on the agenda and within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission (NO action can be taken on off-agenda items unless authorized by law). APPROVAL OF MINUTES - MARCH 25 2008, PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING. PUBLIC HEARINGS: 2. WITHDRAWAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 07-022 REQUESTING AUTHORIZATION TO OPERATE A WOMEN'S WEIGHT LOSS AND FITNESS HEALTH CLUB WITHIN AN EXISTING SHOPPING CENTER TENANT SUITE LOCATED AT 17251 SEVENTEENTH STREET, SUITE B, IN THE COMMERCIAL GENERAL (C-G) ZONING DISTRICT. RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission receive this report. REGULAR BUSINESS: 3. GENERAL PLAN CONFORMITY DETERMINATION DETERMINING THAT THE LOCATION, PURPOSE, AND EXTENT OF A PROPOSED CONVEYANCE OF AN EASEMENT FOR A BRIDGE OVER THE SANTA ANA-SANTA FE CHANNEL ARE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE TUSTIN GENERAL PLAN. GENERAL PLAN CONFORMITY DETERMINATION FISCAL YEAR 2008/2009 TUSTIN LEGACY PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE AT TUSTIN LEGACY TO BE PLANNED, INITIATED, OR CONSTRUCTED DURING THE 2008/2009 FISCAL YEAR IS IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE TUSTIN GENERAL PLAN. The discussion also provides a forum for the Commission to generally discuss the tour and to make recommendations for future tours. RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission receive this report and provide direction to staff. STAFF CONCERNS: 6. REPORT OF ACTIONS TAKEN AT THE APRIL 1 AND 15, 2008, CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
