A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING DAN BLANKENSHIP AS CITY TREASURER
The City Council of the City of Tustin hereby resolves that Dan
Blankenship be, and he is hereby, 'appointed as City Treasurer of the
'City of Tustin to serve at the pleasure of the City Council..
Before entering upon the duties of his office he shall execute a
· bond to the City .of Tustin in the form provided by the Government Code
of the State of California and in. the penal sum of $50, O00..;, which
sum has been recommende, d by the City Attorney and is hereby found,
determined and fixed by the City Council as a reasonable sum.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a 'regular meeting of the City Council, City
Of Tustin, California, held on the 19th day of April, 1976.
