RESOLUTION NO. 76-33

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AMENDING PARAGRAPH
2e OF RESOLUTION NO. 76-20 FOR WALL PLANS OF TRACT 8912
The ~ity Council of the City of Tustin ~oes hereby, resolve
as follows:
1. The City Council finds and determines as follows-
A. That the City Council did on' February 17, 1976
approve Final Tract Map No. ~912 to create a 44
lot subdivision in the Planned Community District
known as the Peppertree neighborhood;
B. That P.aragraph 2e of said Resolution did require
the property owner-developer to be responsible
for submission of perimeter wall plans adjoining
developed properties on the easterly boundary
with said wall plans to be approved jointly by
the City and the' abutting property owners;
' C. That the developer has contacted the adjoining
property owners and has. submitted development
, plans for perimeter walls with aIternative designs
for those properties where no walls' presently exist,
where those properties with existing walls which
may be added to, and for those properties where
additional or abutting wall may be.required; and
D. That the Planning Commission did by minute, order
on March 22, 1976 recommend to the City Council
that Paragraph 2e of Resolution No. 76-20 be
amended to read that~ the Final Tract Map No. 8912
is appr.oved subject to the following conditions:
e. The approval by staff of the precise
details ~f the composite plans related
to walls and fences.
2.· The City Council hereby amends Resolution No.. 76.-20
as recommend.ed by the ~tanning Comxnission.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regul'ar adjourned meeting of the
City Council held on the 25th day of March, 1976.
