That on the 9th :1 Tustin did pass and aùopt annex ce,tain uninhabited day of February, 1976, the Council of the City of Resolution No. 76-15 giving notice of the proposal to territory to the City of Tustin, said territory being 10 therein designated as the "Marine Corps Air Station '(Helicopter) Annexation ,". 11 .. "I No. 7lB to the City of Tustin", said resolution describing th~ boundaries of the .I.", ter~itory proposed to be annexed; and 13 2. That said Resolution No. 76-15 did contain a notice of the day, hour 14 and place when and where the Council of the City of Tustin would hear protests 15 made by any person owning real property within the territory proposed to be 16 annexed, the time of said hearing being not less than forty nor more than sixty 17 i 181 days from the date of passage of said resolution; and 191, 3.'
