RESOLUTION NO. 76-25
A RESOLUTON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, INDICATING COUNCIL MEETING TO IMPLEMENT
MASTER PLANS OF DRAINAGE AND ARTERIAL HIGHWAYS.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 76-11 of the Local 'Agency Formation Commissioni
adop'ted on January 28, 1976, did approve the annexation 'of the Marine Corps
Air Station (H) - (Annexation 71,--B) to the City of Tustin; and ':
WHEREAS, as a condition of approval, paragraph 1 of Resolution No., 76-11
reads
"The City of Tustin indicate by· resolution of the City Council its
·intention to implement ·the drainage concepts of the' Master Plan of
Drainage for the' Irvine Industr·ial Area, and to collect drainage fees
and/or provide other means of.financially 'securing the .construction of
the necessary drainage facilities· and to i'mplement the }[aster· Plan of
Arterial Highways giving due consideration to the c'onstruction of
railroad-grade separations and arterial highway, interchanges, ~here
justified.'"..

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council declares and ·
hereby reaffirms its intention to imPlement the 'drainage ~concepts of the
Master Plan of Drainage for the Irvine ~ndustrial Area as evidenced by
Paragraph 2F of Resolution No. 74-15, approving Ten'tative'Tract Map No. 8451
of the Irvine Industrial Complex, which requires' ·

Installation of a storm drain system either within the. public right-
of-way or adequate easements tO provide a complete underground conduit.
system as required by the City Engineer and ·the Orange County Flood
Control District, where applicable. This system, shall be based upon
design criteria as outlined in the Orange' County Flood Control Dis.tri"
manuals. .
BE iT FURTHER' RESOLVED that the City Council of Tustin hereby declares
and reaffirms its continuing intention to implememt the Master Plzn of
Arterial Highways, giving due consideration to the construction'of railroad-
grade separations and arterial highway interchanges, where justified, as
said Master Plan now exists or hereafter amended.
