CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of TUSTIN , CALIFORNIA, ASCERTAINING AND DETERMINING THE PREVAILING RATES OF WAGE TO BE PAID ON ` - PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTS IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA* WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the -Labor Code of the State of California, it is necessary that the City Council of the City of Tustin,- ascertain and determine the general prevailing rates of wage on public works and by the provisions of said Code it is mandatory i upon the awarding body of any public improvement to ascertain. , and determine the general prevailing rates of wage in the locality in which the work is to be performed, for each i craft. or type of workman or mechanic needed to execute the contract, and also the general prevailing rate for legal holidays , and overtime work for each craft -or type of workman or mechanic. f NOW, THEREFORE , the City Council of the City of Tustin has ascertained and does hereby determine the general prevailing rates of wage' -to be as follows: Employer Payments for Basic Rate . - Health' & Per Hour -Classification Vacation We -'.fare Pension # Electricians $11.88'.
