CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING PRECINCTS FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD TUESDAY, THE 2ND DAY OF MARCH, 1976. does The City. Council of the · . her, eby resolve as follows- .. That for the purpose of holding a regular municipal, election, on the 2nd day of March, 19 76, there shall be and are hereby established twelve (12) voting precindts consisting of consolidations of the regular election precincts in the City of Tustin'established for the h~lding of state and county elections, as said re'gular election precincts exist on the date of adoption of this resolution. That the polling places for the respective precincts shall, be the places here- inafter' designated; and that the persons hereinafter named, being .competent and_ qualified electors and residents of' s-aid City and of their respective voting precincts, are hereby appointed officers' of election for their respective voting precincts and they shall hold said election and make return thereof in the manner provided by law. · Voting Precinct 1, comprising regular election precincts.' 71-361, 71-362 and 71-243. That the compensation of the persons here- inbefore named as election officers is hereby fixed at the sum of Twenty-eight (28.00) Dollars for each Inspector and Twenty-four (24.00) Dollars for each Judge and Clerk for. said election. The rental for each of such polling places, where a charge is m~de, shall be the sum of Fifteen (15' 00) Dollars for said election..
