A. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN,. CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING PRECINCTS
FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD
TUESDAY, THE 2ND DAY OF MARCH, 1976.

SECTION 1. That for the purpose of holding a regular
municipal, election, on the 2nd day of March, 19 76, there shall
be and are hereby established twelve (12) voting precindts
consisting of consolidations of the regular election precincts
in the City of Tustin'established for the h~lding of state and
county elections, as said re'gular election precincts exist on
the date of adoption of this resolution. That the polling
places for the respective precincts shall, be the places here-
inafter' designated; and that the persons hereinafter named,
being .competent and_ qualified electors and residents of' s-aid
City and of their respective voting precincts, are hereby
appointed officers' of election for their respective voting
precincts and they shall hold said election and make return
thereof in the manner provided by law.

inbefore named as election officers is hereby fixed at the
sum of Twenty-eight (28.00) Dollars for each Inspector and
Twenty-four (24.00) Dollars for each Judge and Clerk for. said
election. The rental for each of such polling places, where
a charge is m~de, shall be the sum of Fifteen (15' 00) Dollars
for said election.. When required, the compensation of. the
Custodian of a building shall be Ten (10.00) Dollars for said
election.
