Home My WebLink AboutCC RES 75-20 RESOLUTION NO. 75-20 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING RECORDATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION. · WHEREAS, Allison Honer Co., having a contract with the city of Tustin to construct the hereinafter described-public work and improvement, has now substantially completed said public work and improvement; and - WHEREAS, the Building Official has certified to the substantial completion of. said public improvement; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said contractor has substantially completed said public improvement hereinafter 'more particularly described in accordance with the provisions of the contract and 'the contract documents, and that notice of completion of said improvement should be filed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tustin that said public work and improvement be, and the same is hereby declared to be substantially completed° Said public work and improvement is more particularly described as follows Community Building Tustin City Center Centennial Way and Main street Tustin, Californiao AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Building official of the City of Tustin be, and hereby is authorized to execute and file a notice of completion of said public work.and improvement described herein as required by lawo PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin on the 5th day of May, 1975 ATTEST: 197 STATE OF CAI, IFORNIA) COUNTY OF OI~NGE ) SS CITY OF TUSTIN % RUTH C.
