A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE MODIFICATION
OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS kND SAFETY LIGHTING AT
RED HILL AVENUE AT SYCAMORE AVENUE AND RED
HILL AVENUE AT WALNUT AVENUE AND DIRECTING
THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS.
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of
the City of Tustin, California to modify the traffic signals
and safety lighting at Red Hill Avenue at Sycamore Avenue and
Red Hill Avenue at Walnut Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented plans an~
specifications for the construction of said work at this
location;
NOW,' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and
specifications presented by the City Engineer be and are
hereby approved as the plans and specifications for the
modification of traffic signals and safety lighting at Red Hill.
Avenue at Sycamore Avenue and Red Hill Avenue at Walnut Avenue°
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise as required by law for
the receipt of sealed bids or proposals '-~or the doing of the
~work specified in the aforesaid plans and specifications which
said advertisement shall be substantially in the following
words and figures, to-wit-
"NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS"

SEALED PROPOSALS will be received at the office of the
City Clerk, Tustin City Hall, Centennial Way and Main Street,
Tustin, California, until 11 o'clock A.M. on the 2nd day of
April, 1975, at which time they will be publicly opened and read,
for performing work as follows:
Modification of traffic signals and safety lighting
at Red Hill Avenue at Sycamore Avenue and Red Hill
