A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CAL!FORNIA, ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN
CERTAIN TERRITORY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND DESIGNATED
RED HILL-. LANCE ANNEXATION NO. 88.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
hereb.? resolve as follows- ~
1. Pursuna-t to the provisions of the Government Code Of the
~tate of California, application was made to the Local Agency Formation
Coramission to annex to the City of Tus'tin all that territory situate in
-~.he County of Orange, State of California, designated Red Hill- Lance
A~exation No 88, described in Exh.:J~it .."A" attached hereto and'incorpor-
ated kerein by this reference as though set forth herein by this reference
as though set forth herein in full.. :
2. The Local Agency Formation Commission, in session duly
assembled, on October 30, .1974, did accept the negative declaration filed
by the City and did approve said proposed annexation and authorize the
City Council to annex said territory without notice, hearing, or e!ection~

3o Ail of the owners of land within the territory proposed
to be annexed have given their written consent to the annexation of said
territory"to the City of Tustin.¢.
4 The City Council desires to annex said territory to the
City of Tustin for the following reasons: The territory is contiguous to
the City of Tustin and its proposed annexation will contribute, to and
facilitate '[:he orderly growth and development of both the City' and ~he
territory .p~-oposed to be aP~hexed, will facilitate r..nd contribute to the
proper and orderly layout, design and construction of streets, gutters,
sidewalks and sanitary and sto~n-water sewers and drainage facilities,
lwoth in the City and in the territory proposed to be annexed, and will
provide and facilitate p_op~.r over-all planning and zoning of lands in said
City and in said territory, in a manner most conducive to the welfare of
the City and said uninhabited territory°
5. The written consent of the owners of more than two-~thirds
= the value of the territory of the subject annexation has been hereto
o~
filed with the City Clerk, agreeing and consenting to pay indebtedness and
!iabi]..ity of the city contracted prior to., or existing at, the same tJ~q~e
of the annexation.
6. The City Council of the City of Tu~-:tin does hereby
approve of territory to the City

o~. Tustin, and does hereby further resolve that the said territory be and
--'~ _is t~ereby annexed to the City of Tustin, effective upon the date of the
filing of the certified copy of this Resolution with the Secretary of
State of the State of California°
7. The property within the annexed territory shall be taxed
to pay t~e indebtedness and liability of the CJ.ty contracted prior to or
e, xisting at the time of annexation.
8. Tl~e City Clerk of the City of Tustin is hereby
directed without delay to 'transmit to tha Secretary of State of the
State of California, a certified copy of this Resolution.

Avenue and Red Ifill Avenue, said poi~tt of intersection also being

W., along the centerline of Red Hill Avenue, the southeasterly line
of. the Fairbanks Subdivision and along the southeasterly line of
Tract No. 632, a distance of 205.78 feet to a point on a line parallel
with and 25 feet southwesterly of, as measured at right angles
the southwesterly line of lot 12, Block B, of said Tract' No. 632;
Thence, N. 50001'01" W., along said parallel 'line, a distance of
· 165.00 feet to a point on the northwesterly line of lot 13, Block B,
of said Tract No. 632;
Thence, N. 39°54'30'' E., along the northwesterly line of lots 13~i2,
