RESOLUTION NO. 74-71
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA ANNEXAING TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN CERTAIN
TERRITORY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND DESIGNATED MYFORD RE-
ALIGNMENT ANNEXATION NO. 86
The City Council of the City of TuStin, California, does
1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Governme~t Code of the
State of California, application was made to the Local Agency Fo_~mation
Ccm~nission to annex to the City of Tustin all that territory situate in

the County of Orange, State of California, designated Myfo'rd Realignment
Annexation No. 86, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
h_=rein by this reference as though set forth herein in full.
2. The Local Agency Formation Commission, in session duly
assembled, on September tl, 1974, did approve said proposed boundary r¢-
a!ig.m~ent annexation and a'uthorize the City Council to annex said territory
without notice, hearing or election.
3. All of the owners of land within the territory proposed to
be annexed have given.their written consent to the annexation of said
territory to the City of Tustin.
4. The City of Irvine in their ResolutiOn No. 3t~ did consent
to the detachment of said property from the City of Irvine and the
annexation of said property to the City of Tustin.

'7. The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby approve
th'- annexation of the territory hereinabove described 'to the City of
Tust°n, and does hereby further resolve that the said 'territory be and it
is hereby annexed to the City of Tustin, effective upon the date of the
filing of the certified copy of this Resolution with ·the Secretary of State
of 'the State of California.
8. The property within the annexed territory shall be taxed·
to pay the indebtedness and liability of the City contracted prior to or
existing at the time of annexation.
