WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California to· reconstruct Irvine Bou~-evard from "B" Street to Prospect Avenue, and ~qEREAS, th.e City Engineer has presented plans specifica'~ions for the construction' of said work at this !o ~a tion, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL\rED that the plans and specifications presented by the City Engineer be and are hereby approved as the plans and specifica~ions for the reconstruction of Irvine Boulevard from "B" Street to Prospect. Avenue.
