HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 74-069 RESOLUTION NO. 69 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE RE- CONSTRUCTION OF IRVINE BOULEVARD FROM "B" STREET TO PROSPECT AVENUE AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS. WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California to· reconstruct Irvine Bou~-evard from "B" Street to Prospect Avenue, and ~qEREAS, th.e City Engineer has presented plans specifica'~ions for the construction' of said work at this !o ~a tion, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL\rED that the plans and specifications presented by the City Engineer be and are hereby approved as the plans and specifica~ions for the reconstruction of Irvine Boulevard from "B" Street to Prospect. Avenue.
