HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 74-40 RESOLUTION NO. 74- 40 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 7721 (SIGNAL LANDMARK PROPERTIES) The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: . 1. The City Council finds and determines- a. That a proper application has been filed for approval Of Final Map No. 7721 by Signal Landmark Properties, Inc. for a 14 lot industrial subdivision consisting of 35.7 acres, located on the westerly side of Red Hill Avenue between Bell and Valencia Avenues. b. That said map is in accord with the Tustin Area General Plan and in conformance with Specific Plan No. 3. c. That the final map is in substantial conformance with the Tentative Map as approved by the Planning Con,mission on January 24, 1972 and extended by the City Council for 18 months on December 4, 1972 d. That a final map is categorically exempt from the requirement of an environmental impact report. 2. The City Council hereby approves Final Map No. 7721 subject to the terms and conditions of approval of Tentative Tract Map No. 7721, and Specific Plan No. 3, as approved by the City Council by Ordinance No. 533, subject to the following further stipulations- a. Approval of the final map by' the City Engineer upon approval of street improve- ment plans and execution of all agreements and bonds. b. Installation of curb, gutter, street trees and paving along the Red Hill Avenue frontage of Lots 1 and 10 as required by the City Engineer with the intent of the City of Tustin to assume responsibility for the relocation of curb, gutter, and paving for the area between Lots 1 and 10, not as part of Tract Map 7721.
