HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 74-30RESOLUTION NO. 74-30 A RESOLUTON OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING CERTAIN VEHICLES FROM USING FIRST STREET BETWEEN THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF NEWPORT AVENUE AND THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF RED HILL AVENUE The City council of the City of Tustin, California does resolve as follows: 1. That portion of First Street from the easterly right of way line of NewPort Avenue and the westerly righ~ of way line of Red Hill Avenue is hereby designated as a portion of a street upon Which vehicles exceeding a gross weight of 6,000 pounds are prohibited pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 616 . 2. The City Engineer is authorized and directed to install appropriate signs indicating and giving notice of the prohibitions !' and restrictions upon such portion of street and this Resolution shall not be effective until such signs have been erected. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council, City of Tustin, California, held on the 6th day of May, 1974.
