A RESOLUTION NO. 74-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTN CERTIFYING EIR 74-1
The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby
resolve as follows-
1. The City Council finds and determines-
A. That a Draft Environmental Impact Report has
been fi led by Robert. G. Stewart for Specific
Plan No. 5 for the property bounded by First
Street, Irvine Boulevard and Fashion Lane, in-
tegrating the developments known as Palrnwood
Gardens Apartments proposed for conversion to
condominium status, a proposed office building,
and the Santiago Bank parking facilities.

B. That public notice and distribution of the
·
Draft Environmental Impact Report to all gov-
ernmental jurisdictions were made thirty (30)
days prior to a scheduled hearing.
C. That a public hearing was held by the City
Council on February 25, 1974 to receive public
testimony related to the impact upon the local
environment of the proposed project.
2. The.City Council he~-eby certifies EIR 74-1 to con-
sist of the Draft Report/Staff Report dated Febru-
ary 25, 1974, and the related correspondence pursuant
to Section .3, Paragraph 2i of Resolution No. 74-8.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 4th day of March, 1974
