RESOLUTION NO. 74-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73-15
RELATIVE TO THE BOUNDARIES OF FIRST ST. UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2
The City Council of the City of TustJ. n, CalS:forn4a,
hereby resolves as follows-
1. On March 5, 1973, Resolution No' 73-15 was regularly
adopted and established First St. Underground Utility Distri. ct
No. 2 and it has been determined and ascertained by the City
Council that the public necessity, health, safety and welfare
requires the amendment of the aforesaid Resolution by the minor
revision of the boundaries of the First St. Underground Utility
District No. 2.
2. Resolution No. 73-15 is hereby amended by the amend-
ment of Exhibit "A" attached to said Resolution, by the addJ.tion
thereto of Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein
by this reference.
3. Resolution No. 73-15 is hereby re-adopted as
amended herein.
