HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 74-04 RESOLUTION NO. 74- 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING PRECINCTS FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD TUESDAY THE 4TH DAY OF MARCH, 1974. ,, ~ The City Council of the City of Tu. stin, Ca]_ifor~ia, does hereby resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That for the purpose of holding a regular municipal election, on the 5th day of March, 1974, there shall be and are hereby established eleven (11) voting precincts consisting of conso]..idations of the regular election precincts in the City of Tustin established for the holding of 'state and county elections, as said regular election precincts exist on the date of adoption of this resolution. That the polling places for the respective precincts 'shall be the places hereinafter designated; and that the persons hereinafter named, being Com- petent and qualified electors and residents of said City and of their respective voting precincts, are hereby appointed officers of election for their respective voting' precincts and they shall hold said election and make return thereof in the manner provided by law.
