RESOLUTION NO. 73-76
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CONSIDER THE
GRANTING OF A NON-EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE FOR A CABLE
TELEVISION SYSTEM. ,
The City Council of the City' of Tustin, California,. does
resolve as follows:
1. The City Council has 'by advertisement and Other means
solicited and .called for applications for cable television
system franchises and fixed a date. bY' which such applications
could be filed.
2. Applications for such a franchise have been received
and referred to the City Administrator for study, report 'and
recommendation. " '

3. The report and recommendation of the City Administrator
have been filed with the City Council.
4. The City Council has decided pursuant to the provisions
of Chapter 25 of the Tustin City Code to grant a non-exclusive
cable television system franchise to Storer Cable T.V., Inc.,
on the terms and conditions set forth in th~ proposed' ordinance
of the City of Tustin, California, granting a non-exclusive
franchise for a cable television syste'm, a copy of which is
attached hereto and is incorporated herein by this referenc:~.
5. Copies of the proposed franchise may be obtained
the office of the City Clerk of the City of Tustin.
6. That on December 3, 1973, at 7-30 P.M., in the
Council Chambers of the City of Tustin at 275 South "C" Street,
Tustin, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place for
a hearing to be held on the proposed granting of franchise.
At such hearing--any persons having an interest or objection
to the granting of such a franchise may file a written
and may appear and be heard.
7. The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution .~. c~r~

at lease once within ten (10) days of its passage in a news-
paper of general circulation published with the City of
Tustin.
