RESOLUTION NO. 73-67 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND.SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CON- STRUCTION OF SIDEWALK AND CURB REPAIR AT MISCELLANEOUS LOCATIONS AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS. WHEttEAS', 'it is the intention of of Tustin, California, to construct miscellaneous locations, And the Ci'ty Council sidewalk and curb of the City repairs at WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented plans and for the construction of said work at these locations,. specifications NOW, THEREFORE, BE 'IT RESOI, VED that the plans and specifications presented by the 'City Engineer be and are hereby approved as the plans and specifications for the const, ruction of sidewalk and curb repair at miscellaneous locations. A bid shall not be considered unless on'e of, the forms of bidder's security is enclosed therewith. City of Tustin reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or waive any informality on a bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder based on the total price of either the base bid or the alternate bid.
