HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 73-20 RESOLUTION NO. 73-20 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE AND ABANDON A PORTION OF YORBA STRET AND FIXING A TIME AND PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING THEREON Northbound Off-Ramp of the Newport-Riverside Freeway, Yorba Street was realigned southerly of Seventeenth Street, and WHEREAS upon such realignment a portion of said street as it existed prior to realignment was closed, and is no longer used NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of ~k~stin, California, does hereby resolve as follows: 1) It is the intention of the City Council to vacate that certain portion of Yorba Street lying southerly of SeventeenthS!
