RESOLUTION NO. 73-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO
VACATE AND ABANDON A PORTION OF YORBA STRET AND
FIXING A TIME AND PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING THEREON
Northbound Off-Ramp of the Newport-Riverside Freeway, Yorba Street
was realigned southerly of Seventeenth Street, and
WHEREAS upon such realignment a portion of said street
as it existed prior to realignment was closed, and is no longer used
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of ~k~stin,
California, does hereby resolve as follows:
1) It is the intention of the City Council to vacate
that certain portion of Yorba Street lying southerly of SeventeenthS!
Street shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated hero,n:
by this reference. . ·
2) A public hearing is hereby set for May 7 ,1
at 7:30 P.M.s;- in the Chamber. s of the City Council at Third and C'
Streets,Tustin, California, for hearing all persons interested in
'Or objecting to the proposed vacation.
3) This resolution shall be published once in the Tustin

News, a newspaper of general circulation published in the Ci
