HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 71-36 RESOLUTION NO. 71-36 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA FINDING AND DECLARING THAT MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE TO THE MEREDITH ANNEXATION NUMBER 69 TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The City Council finds and determines:that.a protest hearing was duly called, noticed and held on July 6, 1971, on a.proceeding for the annexation of territory to the City of Tustin known as the Meredith Annexation NO. 69; that at said hearing protests were not filed by, or on behalf of the owners of one half (1/2) of the value of the territory proposed to be annexed. 2. The. City Council hereby finds, determines and declares that a majority protest has not been made to the Meredith Annexation No. 69 to the City Of Tustin. .. PASSED AND ADOPTED .by the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 6th day of July, 1971.
