HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 71-16RESOLUTION NO. 71-16 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OF ITS MEMBERS TO FILE A WRITTEN ARGUMENT FOR A CITY MEASURE. WHEREAS, an election is to be held in the City of Tustin on May 25, 1971, at which there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said city the fpllowing city measure: In order to develop community park and · recreation facilities, including the development of three neighborhood park sites and one central park, with youth sports facilities, lighted tennis and other athletic courts, family picnic areas, recreation buildings, landscaping, recreation equipment, utilities, furnishings, equipment and other property necessary or incidental thereto, shall the City of Tustin incur a bonded indebtedness principal sum of $1,200,000 for the purpose of acquiring and constructing such improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin, California DOES HEREBY 'RESOLVE, DETER- MINE AND ORDER as follows: Section 1.
