HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 1033RESOLUTION NO. 1033 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. V. 69-256 OF TACO BELL The City Council of the City of Tusttn, California, does, hereby resolve as follows: 1. The City Council finds and determines: a) That a proper appeal was duly taken from decision~ of the Planning Commission denying a Conditional i Use Permit on application No. V. 69-256 of TACO BELL to permit a take out food establishment on the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said appeal. c) That the adjustment applied for will not constitute a grant of special privilege inconsistent with the limitations upon other properties in the vicinity and district in which the property is situated. d) That special circumstances applicable to the subject property, including size, shape, topo- graphy location or surroundings, because of the strict application of the zoning ordinance, deprive subject property of privileges enjoyed by other properties in the vicinity and under itentical zone classification. 2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted to permit i the establishment of a TACO BELL take-out food establishment, subject to compliance with requirements of the various departments of the PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin, Californaa, held on the 1st day of December, 1969.
