U.P. 69-304 OF R.H. GRAND AND CO. i The city Council of the City of Tustin, California, does .hereby resolve as follows: 1. The C~ty Council finds and determines: , a) That a proper appeal was duly taken on U. P. 69- 304 of R. H. GRANT and CO. b) That a public hearing was ~uly called, noticed · · and held on said appeal. c) That the granting of said Conditional Use Permit should be affirmed, with modification of conditions. 2. The City Council hereby affirms the granting of U. p. : : 69-304 with modification: a) Deletion of requirement of screening · b) Revision of street repair, bond&ng requirement to provide: That a cash or surety bond ~n the amount of $1,000.00 be posted w~th the City to guarantee replacement of .the paving ~n Red Hill Avenue or resolution of the matter to the sat£s~actio of the C~t¥ Engineer within f~ve working days from September 2, 1969.
