HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 1019RESOLUTION NO. 1019 A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WING WALL AND CI-IANNEL MODIFICATIONS AT ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT CHANNEL F-10 AND RED HILL AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS. WHEREAS, it is the intention of 'the City' Council of the City of Tustin, California, to construct a wing wall and channel modifi- cations at Orange County Flood Control District Channel F,10 and Red Hill Avenue, and · WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented plans and specifications for the construction of a wing wall and channel modifications at Orange Cou'nty Flood Control Distric.t Channel F-10 and Red H~i~l Avenue, NOW. THEREFORE, be it resolved that the plans and specifications presented .by the City Engineer be and are hereby approved as the plans and specifications for the construction of a wing wall and channel modifications at Orange County Flood 'Control District Channel F-10 and Red Hill Avenue.
