HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 1000 RESOLUTION NO. 1000 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RLINQUISHING TO EUGENE F. TUTT AND RITA TUTT, HUSBAND AND WIFE, CERTAIN VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS ON RED HILL AVENUE WHEREAS, EUGENE F. TUT AND RITA TUTT, husband and wife, did heretofore relinquish and release all vehicular access rights over the property which comprises a portion of the northeasterly half of the northwesterly half of Lot 35, Plat No. 1 of a subdivision of a portion of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha and San Joaquin; and WHEREAS, it appears reasonable and in the best interests of the subject property and of the City of Tustin that there now be permitted an additional curb cut, driveway and vehicular access to . and from the subject property, along and upon the southeasterly side of Red Hill Avenue, NOW, THEREFORE, the CAty Council of the City of Tustin, . California, .hereby resolves that there be, and there is hereby . released and relinquished to the owners of the heretoabove-described property lying between Nisson Road, the Santa Aha Freeway and Red Hill Avenue, the right to a curb cut, driveway and vehicular access to and from the subject property, in addition to that now existing. However, said curb cut, driveway and vehicular access shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer of the City of Tustin.
