HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 0992 RESOLUTON NO. 992 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING CONSENT TO VEHICULAR ACCESS FOR INGRES AND ERESS TO AND FROM YORBA STREET FOR THE PROPOSED DEVELOP- MENT OF TRACT NO. 5311. The City .Council of the City of Tustin hereby resolves as follows; WHEREAS on December 10, 1963, there was offered for dedication all vehicular access rights from Lots 1 and 17 of Tract 5311 to Yorba Street WHEREAS on May 6, 1964, said offer of dedication was accepted: WHEREAS the Tract Map of Tract 5311 was duly recorded, and; WHEREAS it now appears in the best interests of the development of the property and in the best interests of the City of Tustin, as a preferable method of handling traffic flow, that vehicular access be afforded to and from Yorba Street to said pro- . perty, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve that permission be and the same hereby is granted to permit and allow vehicular access for ingress and egres to Lots 1 & 17, Tract 5311 to and from Yorba Street, subject to limitation that all curb cuts and driveways shall be made, con- structed and maintained subject to the approval of the office of the' City Engineer. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council, held on the 21st day of April, 1969. ATTEST .
