A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, PETITIONING THE BOARD OF SUPER-
VISORS OF THE COUNTY OF ORANGE TO CANCEL TAXES
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
does hereby resolve as follows-
WHEREAS, on July 16, 1964, the City. of Tustin, a
municipal corporation, did acquire for use as a civic center,
the property described as follows-

The east 50 feet of Lots 7, 8 and 9, in Block .7
of a part of oTustion City, in the City of Tustin,
County of Orange, State of California, as per
map reDorded in Book 4, Pages 2.18 and 219 'of
Miscellaneous MaPs, Records of Los Angeles County,
California.

by Deed recorded on July 16, 1964, as. Instrument Numb.er 16110,

in Book 7136, Page 875, r'ecords of Orange County, California;
.NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Tustin does hereby petition
~6 and request the Honorable Board of Supervisors of the County of
'~ Orange, State of California, to order the cancellation of the
18 taxes on the subject real property.

The City Clerk is directed to forward a certified copy
of this Resolution, forthwith, to the Honorable Board of Super-
visors of' the County of Orange, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
